पॉलिटॉक्स ब्यूरो. हैदराबाद (Hyderabad Case) में गैंगरेप के आरोपियों का शुक्रवार सुबह हुए एनकाउंटर पर साइबराबाद के पुलिस कमिश्नर वी. सी. सज्जनार ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की. सज्जनार ने बताया कि सुबह वह उस क्षेत्र में सबूत इकट्ठा करने के लिए गए थे, उसी दौरान आरोपियों ने पुलिस से हथियार छीनकर उन पर हमला कर दिया. पुलिस ने उन्हें धमकाया भी लेकिन आरोपी नहीं माने और जवाबी कार्रवाई में आरोपियों की एनकाउंटर में मौत हो गई.
साइबराबाद के पुलिस कमिश्नर वी. सी. सज्जनार ने बताया कि शुक्रवार सुबह हम आरोपियों को लेकर महिला डॉक्टर का फोन, पावरबैंक, घड़ी आदि जब्त करने यहाँ आए थे जो कि आरोपियों ने यहीं छिपा दिये थे. (Hyderabad Case) लेकिन जब यहां पर पहुंचे तो चारों आरोपियों ने लकड़ी-पत्थर और धारधार हथियार से पुलिस पर हमला कर दिया और पुलिस की बंदूक भी छीन ली. पुलिस ने उनसे एनकाउंटर के लिए कहा लेकिन उन्होंने गोलीबारी कर दी, इसके जवाब में पुलिस ने भी फायरिंग की.

सज्जनार ने बताया कि करीब 5 से 10 मिनट तक पुलिस ने फायरिंग की, जब फायरिंग रुकी तो चारों आरोपी मारे जा चुके थे. आरोपियों से मुठभेड़ के दौरान दो पुलिसकर्मियों को चोट भी आई है, पुलिसकर्मियों को गोली नहीं लगी है बल्कि सिर पर चोट आई है. पुलिस द्वारा इस घटना का वीडियो नहीं बनाए जाने के सवाल पर उन्होंने बताया कि इसका वीडियो नहीं बनाया है, क्योंकि मुख्य काम सबूत इकट्ठा करना था. जब पुलिस से पूछा गया कि इस दौरान कितनी गोलियां चलीं तो इसका भी कोई जवाब उन्होंने नहीं दिया. पुलिस कमिश्नर सज्जनार ने मानवाधिकार के सवालों पर कहा कि, “मैं इतना ही कह सकता हूं कि कानून ने अपना काम किया”. आरोपियों में तीन आरोपी 20 साल के थे, जबकि एक आरोपी 26 साल का था.
बता दें, हैदराबाद में जिस पुल के पास महिला डॉक्टर के हैवानियत की इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया था, उसी हाइवे के उसी पुल के पास उसी स्थान पर उन आरोपियों का एनकाउंटर हुआ. पुलिस के अनुसार सुबह करीब 5.45 से 6.00 बजे के बीच ये एनकाउंटर हुआ, जिसमें चारों आरोपी ढेर हो गए. (Hyderabad Case)

But when reached here, the four accused attacked with the help of wood-stone and sharp weapons, attacked the police and also snatched the police gun. The police asked him for an encounter but he opened fire, in response the police also fired.
Sajjanar said that the police opened fire for about 5 to 10 minutes, when the firing stopped, the four accused were killed. Two policemen have also suffered injuries during the encounter with the accused, the policemen have not been shot but have suffered a head injury. On the question of the police not making a video of this incident, he said that his video has not been made, because the main job was to collect evidence. When the police were asked how many bullets were fired during this time, they did not give any answer. Police Commissioner Sajjanar said on human rights questions that “I can only say that the law has done its job”. Among the accused, three accused were 20 years old, while one accused was 26 years old.
